Licentie telling

Op deze pagina kun je informatie vinden over hoe wij omgaan met SuperVision licenties.

Wanneer tellen wij een SuperVision Licentie?

Bij elke tenant die enabled is voor SuperVision lezen wij actief uit welke Microsoft licenties gekoppeld zijn aan zowel de tenant als de gebruikers die leven binnen de tenant.

Wij tellen een licentie zodra een gebruiker actief is binnen de tenant en deze gebruiker een licentie gekoppeld heeft die in in onderstaande lijst aanwezig is. Zodra Microsoft een aanpassing doet binnen zijn licenties behouden wij dit recht om de lijst te allen tijde aan te passen.

Deze controle doen wij dagelijks en het eindtotaal van een maand zal berekend worden op basis van de aantallen van de 23e van de maand waarover we factureren.

Een gebruiker tellen wij altijd maar één keer. Heeft de gebruiker meerdere licenties die in de lijst voorkomen tellen wij altijd maar één gebruiker.

Enkele voorbeelden wanneer we wel een licentie tellen

• Een gebruiker is enabled en heeft een Business Premium gekoppeld

• Een gebruiker is aangemaakt op de 20e maar krijgt op de 22e een Microsoft 365 E5 licentie

• Een gastgebruiker die enabled is met een Business Premium

• Een gebruiker is enabled en heeft alleen een Microsoft OneDrive for Business (Plan 2) gekoppeld

Enkele voorbeelden wanneer we geen licentie tellen

• Een gebruiker is aangemaakt op de 20e maar krijgt op de 25e een Microsoft 365 E5 licentie

• Een gebruiker is disabled maar heeft nog wel een Microsoft 365 E3 licentie gekoppeld

• Een gastgebruiker die we toegang hebben gegeven tot Teams en geen licentie gekoppeld heeft.

• Een gebruiker met een Teams Room licentie voor een vergaderruimte

• Een shared mailbox

• Een gebruiker die alleen een free licentie heeft zoals een Power BI trial
